Picture
Every year during the monsoon season, the village has a harvest festival to ensure good crops.
Once a week, some people go to the monastery early in the morning to pray, meditate, and fast for the day. Then at sundown, they parade through the village as each household donates rice to feed them. They can pass by quite quickly so you have to pay attention!
